Training Kendo and thinking in body education
AbstractIn this studying we propose to analyze the relations between the “training Kendo” and the body education being the central point to be investigated the question about how it’s possible teach someone the corporal human movement. The characteristics of our sample for this study analysis propose result that we can named field of participative and theoretical research. Our method of study has by theory referential the studies of Marcel Mauss and Pierre Bourdieu. The analysis results point to the understanding of body education like one class of “silent transmission” that pass mainly for a “prestigious imitation” that is fixed by a “social authority” (Sensei). The perspective on understand the transmission of corporal human movement in teaching Kendo presents various impossible particularities to express only by words, and, so, they produce the difficulties in the constitution of one methodology to the body education.
