In this study are evaluated the management of used urban and Brazil, where we select Lisboa and São Paulo. In face of the problematic about the solid residues, a research it was measures applied in these cities, with accomplishment of th use and discarding of packings and others residues. The compare the Public Politics adopted on the systems of packin and of other residues in Lisboa and São Paulo, with emphasis consume assigned at the legislation in Brazil and Portugal.
