Este trabalho objetivou verificar a influência da potência e da capacidade aeróbias sobre o desempenho em uma tarefa anaeróbia intermitente (4 séries de Wingate para membros superiores com intervalo de 3min entre as séries). Para isso, dois grupos foram formados considerando a aptidão aeróbia dos atletas (judocas): (1) >AA, grupo maior aptidão aeróbia (n= 6; VO2pico = 72,0 ± 2,2 ml/kg/min; Velocidade de limiar anaeróbio (VLAn = 10,9 ± 0,7 km/h); (2) AA realizou mais trabalho (1-2-3-4; 1-2-3 e 2-3-4) e apresentou maior redução da FC (em % do pico) quando comparado ao grupoDownloads
