Conferencias:
Ha sido conferenciante invitado en más de 20 países. Las ponencias que
más impacto en el ámbito empresarial son aquellas en las que se traslada el
modelo de éxito del deporte a la empresa (“10 Claves del éxito en el deporte,
10 claves de éxito en la empresa”). Se muestra el trabajo realizado con
campeones y equipos del más alto nivel, así como la relación con el modelo
empresarial de alto rendimiento. Igualmente, se ha centrado en la figura
del Presidente/Gerente de empresas con conferencias como “La soledad del
Directivo”, “Lidera tu empresa” o “Gestión emocional del directivo”. Por último,
otro bloque de conferencias tipo son las que se focaliza en cómo trabajar
con los equipos/trabajadores: “Gestión de equipos de alto rendimiento” o
“Sacar el máximo rendimiento a mis trabajadores”.

Doctor en Psicología por la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela,
donde realizó estudios de Psicología y Psicopedagogía. Máster en
Psicología del Deporte y Máster en Asesoramiento y Orientación

Wiley & Sons (2005). Ha sido Autor/coautor de más de 75 capítulos de
libro y artículos en Revistas Científicas, relacionados con la Psicología del
Deporte.
Aplicación en las empresas:
Ha trabajado con algunos de los cargos directivos más importantes del
panorama español, asesorando y formando a más de 80 cargos directivos
de empresas como REPSOL, ENDESA, TELEFONICA, BBVA, AUDI,
BANCO POPULAR, BLUSENS, DARLIM, ANTALSIS, ESPINA Y
DELFIN, GRUPO AGBAR, LONZA, BIMBA Y LOLA, RANDSTAD,
TELEVISIÓN DE GALICIA, SYC, DKV SEGUROS, APPLUS,
CITROEN, etc… En el ámbito político ha sido asesor de comunicación de
altos cargos en España y en Colombia.
Aplicación en el deporte:
Asesor psicológico de varios deportistas olímpicos y mundialistas de
diferentes modalidades. En el contexto del fútbol ha trabajado con
equipos como el R.C. Celta de Vigo y el R.C. Deportivo de La Coruña de
1ª División, o con jugadores de la Selección Española de Fútbol,
Campeona de Europa y del Mundo. En otras modalidades, es destacada la
labor del Dr. Dosil con los campeones del mundo de motociclismo Jorge
Lorenzo, Maverick Viñales o Julián Simón o con pilotos GP2, Fórmula 1
e IndyCar como Ernesto José Viso. También ha asesorado a atletas
internacionales de medio fondo y fondo, así como a jugadores de tenis y
golf de máximo nivel nacional, y a equipos de baloncesto y fútbol sala
