CAMPESINATO E USO DA TERRA NO SEMIÁRIDO CEARENSE

Resumo

A reprodução do campesinato no seio da sociedade capitalista é o cerne do debate aberto neste artigo. Para isso, se apresenta o campesinato e suas diferentes formas de organização territorial e de uso da terra no semiárido cearense. A análise tem por base a matriz teórica da teoria social e discute a questão camponesa no interior do movimento contraditório de desenvolvimento do capitalismo no campo. Foi possível identificar que o campesinato tem, na conquista de frações do território capitalista, desenvolvido formas de uso da terra, litorâneo e sertanejo, utilizadas como estratégias de reprodução social e, que cada dia mais, novas frentes de luta pela reforma agrária tem emergido com a participação política dos camponeses. Peasantry and land use in the cearense semiarid The reproduction of peasantry in the bosom of the capitalist society is the core of open discussion in this article. For so, it is presented here, the peasantry and their different forms of territorial organization and land use in the Cearense semiarid. The analysis is based on the theoretical framework of social theory and discusses the peasant movement within the contradictory development of capitalism in the countryside. It was possible to identify that the peasantry have, in the conquest of capitalist territory fractions, developed forms of land use, in the coast as well as in the countryside. The land has been used as strategies of social reproduction, and increasingly new fronts of struggle for agrarian reform have emerged as political participation of the peasants. Key words: Peasantry.
