The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of social dynamics (family, friends and school) on the mood states. The survey was conducted with a female volleyball team (14/15 years). Applied the POMS test (Profile of Mood States) to measure the mood states. We used a scale from 1 (very bad) to 5 (very good) to have the athletes´ evaluation of the three factors. The data were treated using Pearson's correlation and analysis of variance ANOVA "One Way" with Scheffé post hoc test, both p<0.01. The results showed significant correlations between scales and the mood states, and significant differences between the levels’ intensity which were indicated on the scale of the three factors and moods. The results show clear interference of social dynamics on the mood states. Therefore, social interference cannot be ignored in the preparation of the athlete.Downloads
