Trajetória para a sustentabilidade: uma revisão sistemática sobre as ações de Instituições de Ensino Superior para integração dos ODS

Résumé

As IES, como centros de conhecimento e agentes de transformação, têm um papel central no desenvolvimento sustentável, adaptando práticas frente aos desafios globais. Este estudo, via Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL), analisou iniciativas de gestão universitária para incorporar os ODS. A análise de dezenove estudos identificou três abordagens de integração: Planejamento Estratégico, Práticas Sustentáveis e Responsabilidade Social, e Indicadores de Sustentabilidade. Os resultados mostram uma integração fragmentada e desequilibrada dos ODS. A abordagem PSRS é a única a contemplar todos os dezessete ODS. Em contraste, o Planejamento Estratégico tem baixa associação com ODS sociais e ambientais, e Indicadores de Sustentabilidade omite ODS cruciais, evidenciando fragilidades na mensuração e monitoramento. Os achados reforçam a necessidade de uma gestão universitária estratégica, alinhada à Agenda 2030, para ampliar o impacto e fortalecer as ações rumo a uma IES sustentável.

Possui Graduação em Administração pela UFPB (1989), Mestrado em Administração pela UFPB (1995), Doutorado em Engenharia de Produção pela UFSC (2001), é Professor permanente junto aos Programas de Pós-graduação em Administração da UFPB e do Programa de Desenvolvimento e Meio Ambiente (PRODEMA/UFRN), é Pesquisador CNPq e sua atuação abrange os temas energia sustentável, indicadores de desenvolvimento sustentável, gestão urbana, inovação tecnológica, tecnologias sociais e as relações entre administração e sociedade.

Possui Bacharelado em Geografia pela UFPB (1984), Mestrado em Sensoriamento Remoto pelo INPE (1990), Doutorado em Geografia pela UNESP (2000) e Pós-Doutorado pela Universidad de Sevilla/Espanha (2013), é Professor Titular da UFPB, Coordenador do Doutorado do PRODEMA/UFPB, Coordenador Estadual do Planejamento Espacial Marinho e Bolsista de Produtividade em Pesquisa do CNPq desde 2008, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: geoprocessamento, desertificação, sensoriamento remoto, ordenamento territorial, planejamento ambiental e indicadores.
